Divided into three partner levels (Member, Sales Partner and System Partner), our OSL Partner Program allows any company to find the art and depth of collaboration that suits it the best. With signing of a partner contract a company becomes a member in our Partner Program and is listed in the register of our partners. Various trainings and certification options withing the OSL Partner Program deepen the collaboration with us and allow you to differentiate yourself on the market. Together with our Certified Partners we guarantee a high level of consultancy and implementation of challenging solutions for the customers.

Conditions for Certified Partners:

The OSL Partner Program is embedded into a wider network – the OSL Knowledge Cluster (OKC). The OKC is an information hub for current data center techologies, solution concepts and of course also OSL products and solutions. At the same time, the OKC is intended to help the networking of the participants.

Merchandising and system partners additionally get access to the OSL Partner Hub (OPH). Besides technical information, order processing, sales and marketing-relevant information is available there.

CosiFan provides complete solutions with OSL products, plans projects, delivers software and hardware and runs installations. The company offers extensive technical services and full support for the customers. Main focus is on operating high available applications in business-critical areas. The company expertise areas include all the classical demands of small and medium-sized businesses (VMware, Windows, VDI), maintaining storage, networks and UNIX (Linux and Solaris) with own experts. For special applications CosiFan operates its own data center.

Through a certification as the OSL Sales Partner (Certified Merchandiser) the members of the OSL Partner Program are entitled to further benefits, including assistance in customer acquisition, special support in projects, and standardized order processing.

Our certified Sales Partners have received comprehensive knowledge about data center solutions with OSL infrastructure software in specialized trainings, and have proved their expertise with the certification process and managing customer projects. They support their customers in choosing an optimal solution and guarantee a comprehensive long-term merchandising support. Our Sales Partners are assisted by OSL and by our certified System Partners in the implementation and at the post-sales phase.

A complete certification for the OSL products and solutions entitles the system partners to a universal assistance of the customers, including project implementation and authorized services. OSL supports system partners in any situation at all stages. OSL system partners have a direct contact to the OSL team members responsible for sales support, product planning, software development and product support. The sertification as a system partner also includes the authorization for services around OSL products.
